hours of time dropping down to the lower mind states. Usually about 15-20

have been working on this new Mindfulness idea. Initially took me 3 months to
learn to go to Alpha but these days I can get into that alpha dreamy state in
about 15 minutes using ordinary standard meditation. But I learnt this new
Mindfulness method in only 3 days and I can now access this dream state in
about 3-4 minutes. Sort of feels the same as when I first wake up in the
mornings and before coming fully awake I am in this

Mindfulness style
meditation is a mental training practice that teaches

When we are mindful of our actions, we pay
more attention to what we are doing. It’s the opposite of automatically going through the motions—instead, you are tuned into
your senses and subsequent
motions, noticing your thoughts and emotions.
It is mainly to do with
the control of your breathing. You can practice it in a static-relaxed or a
motion-based environment.
By building mindfulness into your daily life,
you can practice it even when you’re too
busy to do standard meditation.
With MINDFULNESS you
are not aiming at dropping your brain wave frequency but merely entering a
focussed relaxed state. Because you are relaxing as part of the process you
will automatically lower your brain-waves into the Alpha region.
Mindfulness is a type of
meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing
and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. You do this
by focussing on the breaths you take in and out of your lungs. Maintain this
focus….. do not let your mind wander.

NEW METHOD OF PAYING BANK-TO-BANK
We’ve recently also
had some BANK transfers labelled “International Money
Transfers” which arrive overnight!
They don’t seem to
have a minimum limit (like ordinary TT’s do) as we’ve
now had 5 of these TT style payments for $75 each appearing in our account with
no extra deductions. The last one came from the Commonwealth Bank. Inquire
at your bank as I don’t know which banks use them. These are
costing our customers only $3-4 to send!!
Also a couple have come
in labelled “Foreign Carded Telegraphic Transfer”. I don’t know where
these originate from but appear in my account with NO deductions. Aussie
NETBANK also works well.
Basically contact your bank
and ask if they do cheap and quick xfers to overseas banks.
IMPORTANT - Our online bank service here provides little website info as to who sent
the bank xfer. Please make sure your name is on the top
line of transfer document.( IE. “JOHN SMITH PAYMENT”)
otherwise we may have to spend days tracking it down.
